The Book.

Built on the standard machines of an ordinary commercial gym.

The Hyperdensity Matrix Protocol™ is a complete, self-coached strength system built on the standard machines of an ordinary commercial gym. It was documented rep by rep across a two-year, 600+ hour arc that produced a 1,097.5 lb leg press for 3 reps and an 825 lb hack squat for 6. At its core is a two-phase method: a high-volume conditioning phase, then focused, maximal-effort strength work, both inside a single hour. Inside are the techniques that make standard machines tools of exceptional strength, full programming scaled from a first workout to elite output, and a reference section on nutrition, recovery, sleep, equipment and supplements, with printable logs. It is written plainly so anyone can build their own version in whatever gym they already have.

  • Two-Phase Method

A conditioning phase, then a max-strength phase, in one hour.

  • Techniques

    Seated GHD and Dynamic-Fill bracing.

  • Programming

Beginner to advanced, with scaling and periodization.

  • Reference

Nutrition, recovery, sleep, equipment, glossary, supplements and printable logs.
